Grown high in the misty hills of Idido in Ethiopia's legendary Yirgacheffe region, this coffee comes from smallholder farmers cultivating heirloom varieties in rich, living soil. Washed with fresh mountain water and dried under the African sun, it offers a beautifully clean cup with delicate florals, bright citrus, and a refined sweetness, capturing the essence of one of the world's most iconic coffee origins.

We roast in small batches and will roast your beans to order on our Probat Roaster. You can expect your freshly roasted specialty coffee to ship every Tuesday or Thursday.
