ECUADOR

This beautiful washed Sidra comes from a small farm in the Pichincha region of Ecuador, where harvest happens nearly year-round and only the ripest cherries are selected. At Finca Terrazas del Pisque, the coffee is fermented for 36 hours, washed, then dried on raised beds for about 12 days. It's one of those coffees you wake up thinking about, sweet, bright, and easy to keep coming back to. We have a very limited amount, so grab it while it's here.

We roast in small batches and will roast your beans to order on our Probat Roaster. You can expect your freshly roasted specialty coffee to ship every Tuesday or Thursday.
