Grown in the highlands of Vira Vira in Peru's renowned Cajamarca region, this exceptional Gesha showcases the elegance and clarity that have made the variety celebrated worldwide. Carefully cultivated by Jose Santos Rivera and roasted light to highlight its nuanced character, the cup is both vibrant and refined.

A delicate floral aroma of dried jasmine leads into layers of sweet citrus and stone fruit that reflects the unique terroir of northern Peru. The Gesha variety has become increasingly recognized in Cajamarca for producing coffees with remarkable floral complexity and clarity.

We roast in small batches and will roast your beans to order on our Probat Roaster. You can expect your freshly roasted specialty coffee to ship every Tuesday or Thursday.
